Who We Are
Joseph Sassen
Director
Joseph Sassen, Director of CAPTCHA Group, is a second-generation builder and developer with over 42 years of experience in property development, construction site management, and machinery operation. Joseph has also been heavily involved in the development, construction, and management of family-owned holiday accommodation in the NSW Snowy Mountains region. This venture eventually expanded into a small-scale ski tour company operated with his family, of which Joseph also became the Coach Captain after receiving professional training.
He has vast experience and passion in designing, developing and construction of commercial, retail, childcare centres, multi-story apartments, holiday/temporary accommodation, subdivisions, house and land projects, master planned communities, luxury penthouses and waterfront properties with high end finishes throughout Sydney, Regional NSW and Regional QLD.
Mitchell Brown
Development Manager
Mitchell Brown serves as the Development Manager at CAPTCHA Property Group, where his expertise in identifying and evaluating potential development sites plays a pivotal role. With 3 years of dedicated experience, Mitchell excels in site location, feasibility assessment, and providing essential support to the team throughout the development approval and construction processes.
Mitchell has spent the majority of his career in leadership development, managing teams both across Australia and internationally. Prior developing, he successfully ran a digital marketing agency, gaining valuable experience across a wide range of industries. His background has equipped him with a deep understanding of business operations, marketing and brand strategy, as well as consulting on business processes and operational systems.
