Captcha Group is a property development company managed and owned by Joseph Sassen and Nick Simmons that design, construct and develop high-quality residential, retail, commercial and industrial projects.
Both have extensive industry experience and share the same passion
for property development. In 2020, Joseph and Nick combined their resources and expertise, after realising the opportunity of partnering together to develop quality projects that make a real difference – and Captcha was born.
Who We Are
Joseph Sassen
Director
Joseph Sassen, one of the Director’s of CAPTCHA Property Group has over 37 years’ experience developing property, managing construction sites and operating machinery. He has vast experience in the design and construction of commercial, retail, childcare centers, multi-story apartments, subdivisions, house and land projects, master planned communities, luxury penthouses and waterfront properties with high end finishes.
Nick Simmons
Director
Nick Simmons, also a Director of CAPTCHA Property Group, is also the Director of Simmons Civil Contracting, a well-known leader in the civil works industry since 1993. He has been successfully leading a team of 80+ staff and delivering a broad range of capabilities across all types of civil projects including residential, industrial and commercial subdivisons, RMS works and infrastructure projects.
What We Do
Together, the directors bring a vast amount of experience in designing and constructing commercial buildings, retail spaces, childcare centers, master planned communities, multi-story apartments, residential subdivisions, and house & land projects.
From the company directors down, every member of the Captcha team is committed to building firm foundations for the community we assist and the partners that we work with.

Captcha’s expertise ranges from site acquisition including feasibilities and buildability assessments, to liaising with all relevant statutory authorities, to organising finance, contractors and construction management, through to project hand-over and launching sales and marketing campaigns.
